Does anybody know what exactly is on the circuit with the cigar lighter and the computer port? I have looked at the circuit and only know of those 2 things. Something is drawing power, but the the 2 things I know of that are on it look absolutley normal/fine. If I go to put in a fuse, it sparks...

So, I went to use the 12V plug next to the radio and it didn't work. I checked the fuse,which was popped, so I went to put in another one. As I was putting itin it sparked. With another fuse I tried it really slowly and realized that it was arcing. Not sure why. The Data port and the Cigar...
