Get one of those endless hot water heaters. Super efficient and the hot water is ready to go about 2 seconds after turning on the faucet. My parents put one in last year. They put in a Rinnai. Was about $1300 after all was said and done.

I hook my phone up via USB. I have an Iphone and when using bluetooth the skip song buttons on the steering wheel do not work the phone. When I use the usb, in my opinon, the music sounds better and the steering wheel controls work my phone.
