Thanks Vic! I ended up wiggling the wiring harnesses and connectors around the blower motor and it's been working ever since. I'll keep an eye on it and look into the module project if things get worse.

I think it's a quality firearm. It requires you to practically stand on the trigger guard to reassemble. Compared to the AR15 which rattles due to looseness when you pick it up. Great drill weapon!

Just took it to the dealer today since I didn't want to get into pulling the dash apart. They just called and said that the Electronic Blower Speed Controller is the culprit, which will cost me $256. I authorized it.
