Ok, we would like to get a head count now that we are approved, the permit is paid for and we would like to discuss FOOD !!!!



We also are working on asking the site sponsors for gifts or give aways !!!! Hopefully we will have some prizes, or Gift certificates to give away !!!



I know we will have some Website clothing to give away !!!!!!!



is those that are attending ok with hero's ( 3 foot or 6 foot) or hamburgers , hot dogs ??



The MAIN food will be paid for !!!! We got that !!!!



We will just ask members to each bring something small.... Please let us know what you can bring so we don't double up and have waste !!!!

I have a weber Q Grill with Propane.. I know its not the same as Charcoal but I can bring it and propane. cant do all the burgers at once.. but can do enough..



I can bring Soda and cups..



Need to know what time.. and what time people are thinking of hitting the Bridgeport Port Jeff Ferry.. Maybe meet up there.. for all the CT and Mass People.
