How hard is to remove the door panels on a 07 ST

I have a 07 with satellite and sub will the avic z work with the factory antenna or do you have to run the antenna that comes with the z. I also wanted to know if it does away with the factory amp. How do you like it over the stock H/U.

Does anyone make a nice mud flap for your ST'S? Also if you can post a pic or 2.

They are super good shape but the black part has started to fade but can easily be cleaned up with so armorall I will they them go for 100 plus shipping let me know.
