    Never Sell Your Sport Trac

They say confession is good for the soul so here goes. Don't sell your Sport Trac. Unfortunately I wish I could reverse about a year ago. Ford could never fix my brakes and yes, they really pissed me off. Especially when hot outside. Traded it in for Focus. 6 weeks later and I am looking for my...

How to find a new owner

I have 2 spare Enki Falcon rims brand new, SCT with stock/performance tunes and Ford 3 volume shop manuals. Also have the 4 Gassen rims put on in 09. Just thought the new owner would be interested in these items and all the maintenance records

    Chassis after 39K

I can't imagine living where snow is a yearly way of life. It actually takes a lot of work to keep this way. Probably a waste of time.

    New 2010 ST

Here is a suggestion to tidy up your drive shaft. I keep my undercarriage as clean as it did coming off the factory. Some thought it was a waste of time but for me, its therapy for having a high stress job. [Broken External Image]:

    STA Reliability!

My 08 has 33K and been in the dealer 12 times due to the horribly over-engineered brake system. I was working the Texas lemmon law process and had claims in work but because I liked it so much, I ended taking the advice of a Ford mechanic on a solution I rather not discussed but aside from brake...

    LeverLift-II Kit

With the attitude in your e-mail, I hope your finances don't go south but if you do bring it back, at least try to be happy about it. Jeezzz........Maybe the site can put up on the homepage "Don't ever ask about leverlifts" or "Don' ever contact Richard about Leverflifts" or "Leverlift is dead".

    Outrageous part cost

One (1) rubber bumper that goes on the gen2 bed extender is 40 bucks delivered. The whole bed mat is 65. This is an insane rip off. Using Fast Parts in this case costs more than the local dealer but I refuse to pay their 60% markup over what the service department pays for parts. So if you...

    Rubber feet on Bed Extender

Can one buy one of the rubber feet on the gen2 bed extender? I had to take if off and sheared one off putting it away. I don't see an exploded view of bed extender parts anywhere.

    New Wheels and tires

While cleaning the wheel-wells, I noticed the rear tires are dragging the forward inner skirt. Discount tire fit checked the front but not the rear. So over large bumps, the tires contact the skirt. 70 series @ 18 won't work. They are ordering some Bridgestones Alenzias P265/65 18. This tire...

SCT XCAL 3 Tuning: Gen 2 V8: Processor Code Location?

I got mine w/tunes from Torrie at Fast Parts and I didn't have a processor code. The 87 performance tune I used makes the engine run like a V8 with super firm shifts. Maybe I got lucky.
