Update: Night before I checked the fan clutch noticed that there was a small puddle under the Trac; guess whatever had been clogging the drain finally worked it's way out, A/C back to blowing cold. Since I had allotted the time for it I checked the fan clutch anyway...all looked good, but...

UPDATE: Dropped the spare, and removed the bracket holding the evap canister(s) (looked like two linked together by a hose) the elbow coming from the tank was missing, (good call Todd...) I replaced the elbow and have a 50% reduction in the smell...but it's still there. It appears...
