Same thing happened to me. I ended up having to file a BBB complaint before they replaced my printer!!! I hate HP phone support. I called about a my printer not feeding paper or being able to print, and the guy tried to sell me ink and paper . .uhg ..

Yep . .I just took my R6 from Fort Campbell, KY to Indianapolis w/out any extra tailgate support. No problems. I used some ratchets secured to the subframe and the first hooks in the bed to pull the majority of the weight up . . . . Great trip. I love this little truck.
