I'm going to replace the spark plugs, wires and PCV valve. I just did the fuel filter.

I currently have live wires and a screaming demon coil pack from zabteck I bought in 2008 with 80k on my truck. 80k is when I did my last plug, wire coil pack change. I know have 135k on my O1 ST. Do I need to replace the coil pack or can I just do plugs, wires, pcv valve?

I guess I don't know why you would consider replacing the coil (and wires for that matter) as part of a normal tuneup. I replaced mine (both) as part of a performance mod years ago. But unless you think they are failing, why replace them again? Unless you really beat your truck, and the mileage seems to indicate you don't, they should both be still good. My '02 is running great at 191K.

Just plugs and pcv. Live wires and coil are good for life or until a failure. No matter how you drive.
