Looking to sell my rims! Have buyer but will they fit his truck?

I am selling my rims for my truck. I have a buyer but I am not sure if my rims will fit his truck. He has a 2010 Dodge 1500. Bolt pattern is 5x139.7 on his truck? Will these fit?

Believe your '03 XLT has a 5 X 114.3 bolt pattern.
