I've got just over 5K miles on my ST. I haven't really done the battery thing yet, but prob will give it a shot this weekend.....I will try this first and if a no-go, I'll take it to the dealer again. I hope it does work since I can't stand Ford service and the run around I always get from them.
Since I don't drive my truck that much, I figure it will be awhile before I notice any difference since mine doesn't do the slipping thing very often. But when I do find out one way or the other, I will be quick in posting a new thread on this issue.
