Not sure of 1 and 3....but the H stood for Hertz because the GT350H was only available as a rental car through the Hertz company.

I just listened to the song. I remembered it slightly wrong. The song doesn't mention 413 powered (although it probably was!). The song says "brand-new, shiny red Super Stock Dodge".
