The article makes it out to be this hugely improved vehicle. Seems like a bunch of cosmetic bs. Yeah, they did a few cool things but nothing to make it worthy of the "super" moniker.

It doesn't look any lower than Dingo's to me

Those are just bigger wheels and tires. His wheel wells are more full, but the body to ground distance is identical.
