Well I replaced the egr sensor last week and it was running fine until yesterday

Wife indicated it was trowing a CEL again.

my ODBI/ODBII code reader is indicating that it is getting a code 337 on the KOEO and the computer memory and during the KOER tests. could it be the new sensor crapped out in a week? or.... thoughts?:(

I decided to disconnect the battery for 10 min.s to see if it would recalibrate the system...

running the KOER test it would still throw a 327.. ack!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have not taken it on the road to see if it would have a CEL again though

What's a KOEO? And what was the error code before you changed the DPFE sensor.

The usual code are P0401 and P0402 (too much or too little EGR) Also, just because you get the code is not a 100% guarantee that it is the DPFE sensor, and a code 337 does not mean you have a bad DPFE sensor again?

KOEO = Key On Engine Off

KOER = Key On Engine Running

The older OBD tests differently, there are a couple of options you can do..
