Hi all, I live in the Tulsa, Ok. area and was wondering if there were others that would like to get together and eat, talk tracks, etc., i'm at 918-759-1234, OR [email protected] ,Bill.
If you haven't discovered this yet, you have to borrow or buy the special timing tools to time up the engine, it isn't like the old ones where you can just line up the dots on the gears, as there none.
Looking for input/sale of chrome wheels for my 2010 V8 ST. Please give opinions on 18 and 20 inch and width that will fit without rubbing etc. REPLY TO E-MAIL, [email protected]
THANK YOU
Sometime back I read after taking off the rack you put the screws back in then get some "caps" to put over them then touch up paint the caps. Where do I get the caps, what do I ask for?????
The "Cooper Discover HT Plus 265/60-18" is the tire I'm going to get. Another member Eddie Stark, has them on his an likes them very much, also you can get a special deal at Pep Boy's now on their 4 for 3 sale.
If I install after market wheels with out TPS sensors, how do I trick the system on my 2010 ST to turn off the TPS dash light?????
Also does not having these sensors effect the operation of anything else on the truck????
If I get some from a salvage, will any Ford TPS units work with the 2010 ST, or would they have to be specific? Also how do you test them to see if they are good?
I like the Discoverer HT Plus tires that Eddie has on his Trac. They are the best buy for the money and look VERY GOOD. Only bad thing is they only come in 18"'.
I have a set of wheels off of a 2002 Nissan Titan pickup that have TPS units on them. Can I put these on a new set of AR chrome wheels and install them on my 2010 ST and have them work?????
If so what is the procedure for doing so. Also how can I check these and see if they are in working...
My 2010 interior is tan leather; I'm thinking about adding a rosewood trim kit for the dash, doors, etc. Any body have input on this for fit , function, price, installation, where to buy and so on ????
I'm wondering if anyone has put on some of the round glass pack mufflers like we used to use back in the day ? They always had a good mellow sound on my old 50 Ford so wondered how they'd work on my 4.6 V-8.
