I was waiting for some one to shoot all of them .... LOL...

Seriously,

They are feeding wild animals ( if they are not part of a nature preserve or animal care facility), which makes animals less afraid of humans...

The guy is risking the chance of a bite or atack from a male deer, or the chance of catching a sickness...

Doesent bother me, I just would not do it...

Todd, you make a great point. I was just watching this morning a hunting show that said it wasn't a good idea to feed them because, if one is sick, it drops some food from it's mouth and the next one comes along and eats the same food, sickness is spread. They also went on to say the foilage in a 1000 foot circle where some deer were fed, was changed because the deer stopped eating certain plants. They speculate a 100 year recovery. A lot of pros and cons I guess.

Like most restaurants nowadays, you have to pay extra to get a drink!!!

And did you see the lady pet the deer with her left hand and then grab her food

with the same hand and put it in her mouth!

That's just asking for West Nile Virus, or something like that:blink:

I could definitely see that happening at a few state parks here in Texas where the deer population has gotten way overgrown.

West Nile is carried by Mosquitoes/birds. Some deer carry CWD, lyme's. The worse part is losing fear of humans, which spells disaster for those deer.
