UPDATE: flashing O/D light

Our savings are gone but the tranny is fixed.

3 solenoids, valve assembly, control plate and gaskets plus labor was just short of $1300.00.

Thanks to Todd and the rest f the Sport Trac family for your input.

Considering this is the first "real" repair in 126k miles we're feelin good!

At least it wasnt the whole trans..the good side.

Ford screwed you, and you guys are high 5'ing. flashing OD lights are all too common.. I fully expect my post to get deleted, as any anti ford post will on this site...and I bought one and still own it..mine had all the usual problems...you know what they are, right owners?......my last posts about body mounts were a little too harsh I guess.ostwhore:
