Tranny BUMP gone!

Took ST to local Ford dealership to get Tranny upgrade and so far so good no more BUMP.

worked on mine too. I had mine done about a month ago & now everythings fine! And man let me tell you, This thing used to have a severe "bump". ( felt like I got rear ended by a semi)

can someone point me in the right direction on this...my 2004 does this on occasion. There is a fix?
