Tie Rod End

My buddy who does all my mechanic work did my brakes lately and said that my passenger side front tir rod needs to be replaced. Im not that knowledgable when it come to the steering components of my Trac. I was looking at Rockauto.com but I am unsure exactly what it is I need. Can someone point me in the right direction? there appears to be multiple choices. Thanks.

You have an inner and an outer tie rod end.



Odds are, he is saying the outer tie rod end. Those are usually the ones that go out more often.

There are also different ones for 2wd and 4wd.

Replace it with Moog brand. They are better built and greaseable..
