As some of us know that when you come to a stop or at speed un 5mph the abs would kick on. My truck is at the mechanic and it was the Right front Wheel Bearing, something about a toner ring. He said something about something iside the wheel bearing not spinning which inturn activated the abs....so all in all it was a rt front hub assembly....I know I'm vague but bear with me.... estimate....$400:angry::wacko:

Thats how the system is set up on almost all cars/trucks with front hub brgs...

The job is not that hard, Could get the brg for under $100.00 bucks...

Really? Doh! I'm not that comfortable when it comes to farting around with the brakes.... This is a post that some people should check out, cause alot of us have the same abs problem

If it is not too late, get estimates from other locations now that you know what the issue is. You are not obligated to get it repaired at the first place you take it.....

You may owe them money for the time spent to diagnose it, but if it is 200 dollars over priced, you are still saving money.
