tail gate hinge

Aloha folks, 'backed into a wall with the tailgate down yesterday. It looks as though the tailgate has shifted towards the driver side a bit. Can anyone tell me if the brackets are supposed to be flat? Both side look bent, but I'm not sure.

pics! sorry so slow, the passenger side is bent a little more than the drivers side. this makes the tailgate shut harder than befrore.

Nobody has there brackets. I called the dealer. Amazon, Ebay Rock Auto....

Drivers looks bent. But you can remove and just bend back.
