steering wheel cc lights out

Hi has anyone replaced the cruise control lights in the steering wheel? Im looking for the instructions and what bulb to get.

Changing the bulb is almost impossible.....



There are projects in the projects section on the left about the bulbs and switch replacement.

mine went out 1year ago and to this day I have not found the bulbs, I will eventually buy the whole thing on Ebay the plastic is pretty ragged anyways.

I replaced mine a while back. It is a pain to do, and if you are not careful you will break the plastic tabs that actually hold the 2 halves of the switch together. The buld you need you can actually find listed as being for a Ford Contour cruise control switch. I do not recall the part number, but I do know that is how I found the right bulb. Next time I will replace the switches instead of attempting to change the bulb though!! If you do attempt it reember to pull the negative battery cable. There is an airbag in that same area. lol!!
