You can get them at auto parts stores, but good luck. The springs are different diameters and they're a true coilover design. I don't see it reliably working.
I think the term 'waste of money' comes to mind ... if you havent replaced your shocks yet, give that a try - mine, after a year or two of wear, were replaced with a set of Bilsteins ... won't give you an inch, but could give you a little bit with better handling & road manners ...
A little background. A 2007 Trac is not the same as the first gen's. Nobody makes aftermarket struts for the 2007 Sport Trac. Replacing the OE ones with something that does not exist will be impossible, at best.
He simply wants to lift it 1 inch. As of right now, there is no product out there that will give you any kind of lift. A spacer will give a small lift.
