Hi All, I'm having issues with the shift interlock control module on my 2007 Sport trac. Is this a quick DIY repair or would I do better in taking it to a shop?

There are 2 other things it can be. The shifter roll pin comes loose, or the shift rod snaps.... Have to diagnose.... The module is not that hard to change but a little involved. I actually did it without taking the whole console apart, from the top, long pliers and thinking and it got done.

Sounds great, thanks. I saw a couple of YouTube videos on the repair process, but they said they had a booger of a time to get the module back in.
