Todays mail brought a "Second Notice" postcard from the "National Vehicle Notification Center" about important service advisories published in the Wall Street Journal (July 7, 2004) where product recalls are failing to reach consumers ears.
From the wording of the postcard, which states:
Have your vehicle Identification Number, your vehicles "Accurate" odometer mileage, and the customer identification number on the postcard when you call, it sounds as though the "National Vehicle Notification Center" in Scottsdale Arizona is phishing for people to sign up for something like an extended warranty (if your vehicle qualifies, (my words)).
Has anyone else recieved similar?
