Seat cushion elastic band replacement

I noticed my driver seat cushion had moved out of its fixed position and saw that the elastic band and hook device under the seat that holds it in place had snapped/broken. Where is the best place to find a replacement for this? It's like a bunjee cord thing.

Id say take it to an upholstery shop that deals with automotive seats. They will be able to fix that I'm sure.
