satellite radio question

my factory radio came with satellite radio I changed to an aftermarket radio and am now thinking of adding it again I know that there is an antenna set up for it from the stock radio

1. Can I use that antenna or do I have to use the one that comes with the kit I choose?

2.If it can be used Can i splice into it? and does anyone have a wiring diagram o that i can tell what wire it is

I used my factory sat antenna on my aftermarket radio. I had to take the plastic plug connector off the end of the factory wire, it fit and it worked. The plastic connector just snaps on. ('07 ST)
