I have a '10 Sport Trac and I was curious to know how to route wires past the firewall to the cab? Seems like all the access points are crammed with wires and I'm afraid to use metal object to poke a hole though the rubber grommets...

But my question is Which grommet is best to route wires through?

This is for switches for the offroad lights....

Depends on how many wires you are planning to run. If installing a set of lights, you only need 2 wires for the switch. I would go through an existing grommet. Those then go to a relay to activate the lights. The relay takes power directly from the battery and Wallah! Let there be light. Bob

Look next to the throttle cable, there is a grommet there, Comes out right under the brake booster...

Please do let me know where you drilled the hole, rednek.

Todd - 2nd gen ST do not have throttle cable, they have throttle by wire drive....

Any pics would be appreciated and you can send to my email if preferred....
