roof side rails interchangability?

I have a question that I'm fairly positive I'm not going to get the response I would hope for. I own an 09 XLT that comes with the all black roof side rails and step bars. I am interested in purchasing the chrome/black roof side rails and step bars that come with the Limited convenience package. On Fords Accesories webpage, they offer the step bars for purchase, but not the roof side rails. Are the roof rails interchangable? I havent really given a close look at them, but I really like the look.
