Never mind, found the post when you installed the rear. I think my rattle is coming from the rear, but mine still does it even when i rev it up....It gets louder. Very disappointing. Maybe I can get an exhaust to muffle noise?

It helped quiet it down and then I raised the idle from 750 to 850 in gear and the noise is completely gone...

Also saw interest in wiring manual, actually was wondering if you knew if 01 manual is any different? I have an 01 .

You will have to use an x-cal or a programer to properly raise the idle.

Do you have the part numbers for the new tensioners?



I've had the the tensioners replaced before under warranty, but they only helped for about a monthor so, then rattle returned.
