I have an 03 ST. Replaced shocks, upper and lower front ball joints, sway bar bushings and tightened just about every bolt under the trac. Have a rattle, sounds like a loose bolt when going over rough pavement. I wonder if the torsion bars could be the problem. Sound appears from the front. It is not the kind of tinny sound like the exhaust. Any ideas? This has me stumped.

Thx

Mel

You replaced the sway bar bushings, but didn't mention front or rear sway bar end links.

On occasion the OEM fronts appear to be intact, when they are actually broken. Check first.

Lift the frame and check the UCA camber bolts, known to come loose.

Torque @ 98 ft/lbs. and use thread lock. Rattles suck, don't they? :banghead:

Check the exhaust..... Could be a bad Cat, or shield.....

I found my fuel tank guard/shield would vibrate and beat on the fuel tank. Spaced it out with the sorta hard closed foam packing material that you sometimes find Corningware wrapped up in to keep it apart in the box. Down on rattles by likely 60%!
