Rattle in the Dash

On Monday I was going to the Airport and hit a pretty wicked pothole. It caused something to come loose in the dashboard and now I have this rattle that is driving me insane. I hope to pull it apart this weekend and find the culprit but does anyone know of something under there that is a somewhat common problem?

May be obvious, but check the glove box. I've had stuff in there shift on me

and start rattling and send me into a panic till I realized what it was!

It's definitely coming from behind the speedometer and tach. IT almost sounds like the metal plate that is behind the trim below the steering wheel

I have the same exact problem, but only between 55-65 mph. Let me know if you find anything!

Jake, you have sooo much junk in that ST it is probably the alarm or remote start, or Crossover... LOL :lol::lol:

I have the exact same problem! It's less of a rattle and more of a "squeak" or "chirp" sound. It doesn't do it frequent enough to track down.:blink:
