Radio connector question

Does anyone know what the second connection on the stock radio is for? I have the normal stock radio, but the harness only plugs into one of the two ports on the back of it. I stole Nobleman's picture of the back of his radio he has on Ebay for reference and put it in my gallery. The harness plugs into the right port on the corner.



Any Ideas?



I would like to have a radio that has the CD changer controls so I can get the auxillary adapter.

That would be for the rear radio controls and the factory sub and amp..
