I have an '03 SOHC 4.0 that I need to replace all the fuel injectors due to clogged injectors. I took a look and it appears that it looks as if the fuel rail for the injectors are very close to the upper intake. My question is, can the fuel injectors be changed without taking off the upper intake? I realize it may not be possible without taking off the upper manifold, plus if it is really necessary, what is the intake bolt torque sequence and the proper amount of torque? I read somewhere it's in inch/pounds not foot/pounds that I'm familiar with. Thanks for any help.

Thanks for the info Yardsale. I guess I'm going to have to take the intake off and be sure I don't over torque the bolts.
