The spark plugs ?? Don't waste your money on Gimmick plugs..... Motorcraft or autolite plugs are all I run in My fords.

Plugs or headlight bulbs? +1 on Todd' response. Don't mess with any other plugs. The stock ones work as well as any of the aftermarket plugs. Unless you've changed all of your ignition or motor work to some higher performing set-up. You're just wasting money if you do. Bob
