My passenger front window 'sounds weird' like it is rubbing when it goes up and down. Also, there is a streak of something about 2 inches wide verticle at the point closes to the door opening. Anyone seen this?

Bad track in the door and its in need of lubrication on the window felt and track inside the door

After putting down my back window yesterday, it had a squeaking/binding noise.
What type of lubrication do you put on the felt? Is there a special kind?
