I just saw an 04 ST with power passenger seat. Was this an option or is this a comon option on our 1st gen ST? Just curious, since it's something I hadn't noticed before on our ST.

My 03 ST (Adrenaline precursor) also has passenger power and heat. Did the one you saw have leather?

At least for 2003, the 6-way power, heated, and lumbar supports for the driver and passenger seats, was an option only with the leather seats, available on the XLT Premium model.

I have the XLT Premium and have the leather with the power and heated seats. Mine is an 03.
