Okay, sure toys are still cool and the price has just gone up as I have become an adult, but I still get nostalgic when it comes to the toys "we" had when I was a kid. They seemed much more cool than today's toys.

If ready for a walk down memory lane, here you go below (oh, and chime in if you had any of these and let us know which ones):

# 93 Rubiks cube.

# 90 Mastermind (Still have it - same box)

# 84 Buckaroo

# 72 Stylophone

# 4 TopTrumps (loads of different sets)

# 1 Who didn't. But mine looked EXACTLY like the one in the picture.

Damn I'm old.

What was the name of that thing, put on the end of the lawn hose, that would chase you around the lawn and whack you upside the head? That was a good one.

I played with everal other of the toys on the list, but between me, my brother, and my sister we had a bunch of them.

Boy did some of those bring back memories...

Rock-em-Sock-em Robots

Crossfire (I put a dent in my brother's forehead when one of the steel balls richocheted off the edge of the board and smacked him square in the forehead. I had to then let my 5 year younger brother play with my GI Joe hang glider!

I get the impression this is a UK list since I never heard of some of those toys.

The Guess Who has still been being sold, even recently. The newer commercials have a disclaimer that states the pieces don't actually talk. Gotta love it.

Loved my evel kinevel, couldn't live without my lego's, and I'm surprised Hot-wheels/Matchbox type cars weren't mentioned. Loved those too. Still have'em with my Star Wars figures in my closet. Not to mention my <a href="http://www.babyuniverse.com/pro/baby/34998/BigWheels-16"TheOriginal.html"target=top>Big Wheels</a>.

Some of those aren't that old...as I had quite a few of them, wish I still had em. My Pocketeer race track and quicksilver maze would drain hours of my life away....

I still have Merlin. Didn't have a smokin' monkey, but I did have a smokin' dog.

I loved my Merlin. I'm suprised there isn't a train set in the list. I still have my Lionel set.

How about Lincoln Logs? Legos?
