anybody know what size/thread etc., for a G2 V6, changed the oil in mine yesterday and the drain plug had been cross threaded by a grease monkey other than me, so.... hopefully no damage to the threads on the pan.

I beleive they are 14mm

It can be repaired with a "Heli-Coil", if it needs retapping..

well, it doesn't leak, just a bit rough removing or installing the drain bolt, but one or two lines of thread is buggered on the bolt, so will pick up one for next time. thanks.

Get an OEM ford replacement then, Don't mess around....

Or, you could get a Fumoto's engine oil drain valve.
