OBD2 port Ford Focus ???

Have an xcal2... where is the obd2 port on a 01 ford focus. need to plug in to find out why my friends CEL is on. thanks

try under the hood. That is where my hyundai santa fe's is.

It should be in the passenger compartment, Usually by the steering colum. Look under the dash It should be there... IT might even have a cover on it

its wierd. i just went to look and there is something that resembles a obd2 port that is under the steering wheel but isn't large enough to plug into. it is to dark outside to look under the hood. Man it is annoying that it isnt as easy as the trac. lol this girl who is askin me to help isnt gonna be please thanks for the aid guys. if anyone has pinpoint directions it would definately save me some trouble in the morning.

There is a small panel that you have to pop open to gain access to it...it's to the left of the hood release.
