I'm pretty certain the day is the 17th. The rest of it is nearly impossible to be sure of.



The month could be 02 or 04.



The year seems to be 2002 or 2007.

If this picture is a thumbnail on a facebook/myspace page or something similar, the thumbnail may be auto-generated. If you check the html source for the page you can view the thumbnail on, you may find a way back to a larger resolution version.
