NEED HELP: Painting Bumpers and skirts.

Ok, I have a black '01 ST that i want to have the grey bumpers and side skirts painted black instead of grey. What is the easiest way of going about this? Thanks!

Can you buy this in a kit or do you buy it seperate and were do you buy it at.

Separate, at an auto parts store.

I painted mine with Duplicolor Can Spray Paint. Pretty decent for 3 or 4 cans of paint and 2 cans of primer.
