Need DS power window switch

Yesterday I put my window down and good thing i stopped it ( darn auto windows ) , because now it wont go back up. I tried easing on the buttons but no luck . it will still go down but not up.



I took to switch apart & tried cleaning but that didn't work either. So now I am stuck in this freezing weather with my window 1/2 down :angry:



I have looked online for a switch but no luck yet. Ebay, etc.



Is this a dealer part only, because no local parts stores have it ?

Are you sure it's the switch? Often its the wiring or motor on our trucks. If it is indeed the switch, check with Wall's Ford (site sponsor).

To know for sure, you could swap switches from door to door, or try jumpering the switch to make the motor run.

Thanks everyone, I just got the problem fixed. First time cleaning it, I used compressed air with no luck.



I just took it apart again and sprayed it good with QD electric cleaner, plugged it back in and it's working for now. No more freezing

Could be the motor also, Keep an eye on it...
