Hey all, as its been a year plus now, I felt like sharing this to you all.



Down 180 lbs and feeling great !!! 20 inches on my waist, 4 shirt sizes. !!!!!

I know it's really hard to loose weight...I have been trying for nearly a year and only lost about 15 lbs..:cry:

I just saw this (sorry, don't hang out in off-topic much). Congratulations Todd and keep up the good work. I bet your heart and Sport Tracs appreciate the improved mileage . I need to lose some myself since I let my guard down over the last few years. My wife has been pregnant twice in three years and I've shared in her food cravings.
