My Ford dealer rocks so much...

Took the truck in today for the minor punch-out list before the warranty is gone. They got Ford to cover the running board end caps, and the driver's side seat cushion foam. I never thought either would be covered... Furthermore, she said she'd put me in a loaner car. I was expecting an 8 year-old ragged-out focus with a gajillion miles, but look what they gave me... Yay!

just surprised that the seat cushion needs to be replaced on a few year old vehicle. i don't care what vehicle mfg it is.

as far as the caps on the step rails, the fading was frustrating.
