All STs come with power mirrors...so I'm guessing not.

XLS's don't come with power mirrors.
The Driver's side probably wouldn't be TOO hard, but the passenger side could be, having to route all the wiring and such to the switch. But, I don't know for sure, I've never done anything with the power mirrors, mine have never broke, and I've never seen projects on it. If you do it, good luck! If you succeed, take lots of pics, and submit a project.

I know On my escort ALL the wiring was there. Even the fuse was there...
All i did was get 2 power mirrors from a junk yard and the switch and I was done...
Take out the cover that covers the switch hole and look to see if the wires are there, Then do the same on the Passenger door.. IF so your all set...
