Looking to make a truckbed camper

Has anybody made a slide in truck bed camper with cab over bed? I am very interested in making one of these especially since there are no commercial slide ins for a sport trac or any small truck for that matter.

The manual specifically calls out that the bed can't be used for a slide in camper.
