OK, HAVE A P0174 CODE ON A JOB 1, ....NO ELBOW ON THE JOB 1, CHECKED VACUUM HOSES, DID THE CARB CLEANER ON THE HOSES WHILE RUNNING..NO CHANGE...COULD IT TRULY BE THE 02 SENSOR????? (114000 MILES) ANYTHIGB ELSE I CAN CHECK?? THANKS!

Seems like i remember a vacuum leak problem with code....perhaps intake upper and lower manifold gaskets...anyone had this problem and fix?

You can do a propane leak test to check the gaskets Some times if it is a small leak the liquid may not go through..

You may have to have a scanner, not a code reader hooked up, and read each sensor..

I had the same thing happen to me. I checked for leaks couldn't find any. So I disconnected the battery. Drove 3000 miles and the CEL light came on with different codes misfire cylinder 4 5, and 6 detected. So I am going to replace the plugs and wires. see what happens next.

Weird!!!:wacko:

Ron,

How did you manage to drive 3000 miles with the battery disconnected?

Who was pushing? :lol::lol::lol:

Sorry, I couldn't resist... :D
