This is GREAT information. I had a hard time hearing it tho - sound quality is kinda bad. Was much better when I turned up the volume.

Hell! The state has not refunded me yet this year and I filed the first of March. I emailed them and all they could say is that I am in line to be reviewed. I wish there was a way I could put pressure on them.

Keep trying. I listened to this link several times - and found some tricks within. Listen closer - you'll hear someone in the background saying something that's key to getting the refund.
