This is obviously bogus......the table rules clearly say the dealer must stand on 17.

Drawn cards are laid down left to right (from the dealer's perspective). Now count them left to right.

Reading the cards from left to right: The dealer only had 16 (10 aces, and a 6) before he dealt the 5 for a total of 21....but, never the less, it would be worth it to see that hand !!
Most BlackJack tables in Vegas use 4-8 deck shoes.
